Club Affiliation
How to affiliate?
It's easy to affiliate with your Guild. Simply:
- Fill out an Affiliation Form;
- Write up a Constitution;
- Attach your club's latest Annual General Meeting Minutes; and
- Pay the affiliation fee of $40.00.
Renewing your affiliation
Guild affiliation is annual. This means that affiliated clubs need to renew their affiliation each year. To renew your club's affiliation, hand in the following to your Clubs & Societies Representative:
- An Update Form;
- A copy of your club's latest Annual General Meeting Minutes; and
- Renewal fee of $20.00.
Why should you affiliate with your Guild?
Affiliating with your Guild allows your club to use the many benefits and services your Guild has to offer:

What do you do in return for your Guild?
- Hand in your club's Update Form by week 3 of each semester, and immediately following any changes (eg contact details, Executive members, Constitutional amendments);
Failure to submit Update Forms will result in your affiliation being revoked.
- Send at least one delegate to every Clubs & Societies Collective meeting;
- Actively promote and support your Guild;
- Hold at least one activity each semester; and
- Follow your Guild Regulations and your club's Constitution.
